Thank You Very Much for visiting us.

Finally Back Again after a long time

This Blog Page will be updated further in this address(http://talkingforum.wordpress.com/) and not in this address (http://www.talkingforum.blogspot.com). I understand the kind of difficulty the readers of this blog face from our migration from one domain to another but I sincerely request you to condone me on this aspect. The safety of the blog and that of its contents are the primary factors, while deciding to go back to my old home, and to know the details read this Post in Details.

After sometime, I found Word press blog inadequate for me because of many reasons. I thought Blogspot will be handier than Word Press. One of the reasons that I moved from my Wordpress to Blogspot was to insert some google adsense in my blog and to make little money, and that was not that bad decision. What is wrong if someone desires to earn little money from blogging. I also thought the same and inserted some google adsense. I could earn little more than 25 USD within a week and that was almost 3-4 USD per day. But, immediately Google Ad sense banned me on the reason that some unnecessary clicks were generated there and again was not wrong reason to ban me. :) After one or two appealing processes, it was clear that I was banned and that too forever. And with that ban, my main reason to decide to move to blogspot was almost shattered.

I was determined to blog continuously and kept on blogging on any issues that may have pleased to me.

Some derogatory and adult contents were posted there which was later removed by the hackers himself. With a lot of efforts, the gmail password and Blog was recovered on Friday, March 2, 2007 from the hackers who mailed me these passwords in my another yahoo mailbox.

After efforts from our side, we found who the hacker is. He told he hacked my gmail and blog to take a personal revenge on me on the issues when we, the hacker and I, had a scuffle on the net which was ended in a event of abusing each other.
There is a saying that you will be a lone runner in the internet even if you win, after a heated arguments. It's better for us not to chat with many people or to get involved in unhealthy, unintellectual, and unnecessary discussions in the internet. And from that day, I have reduced the time of online chatting with people, and definitely not with them, whom I hardly know and have to never deal with.

we resolved the matter amicably and he returned all my passwords.

So, Chamatkaribaba and Team were back again and here we are.

And I am in my old blogpage

The hacker when posted some adult contents in my webpage by stealing the passwords, then, it is the case of cyber crimes. It shows how vulnerable our internet system is and it must teach lesson to all of us bloggers regarding the safety of medium what we are using.

Before I would be writing on other issues, I would like to thank Blogger Nepal Diary (http://www.nepaldiary.wordpress.com/) (and some other Bloggers who helped) for extending generous support to recover the hacked blog page and email password in the time of distress.

I am focusing here on bloggers because, we most of the bloggers, are not so tech-savvy. We know very little about Network security and methods that we can employ to protect our pages from hackers. It seems that if knowledge is misutilized, hackers can do anything when they want.

In Nepal, with the evolution of BLOGAN, I could see that some of the activities that they are going to undertake are to teach the naïve Nepalese bloggers about the jargon in blogging world. How to make it? How to post it? How to moderate comments etc. etc. Then, the basic issue of security and how to protect our pages from slipping on the hands of so called hackers, and not only that but general safety measures as well, should be on the agenda of BLOGAN's new initiatives. An ill-intention of the criminals can not be stopped at all but protective measures can be taught and learnt, I guess.

Now, amidst the tension of hacked blog, I was unable to update my blog for so many days. So, I am writing here a long post today covering almost all the measure issues of the period. There was Holi. I could not wish anyone on time but belated happy holi and I hope that everyone enjoyed well and got hit with lola and colours. J

Here, even in foreign land, that is ( परदेशमा पनि) Holi was not less interesting/entertaining than in Nepal. We throughly enjoyed it.

You can see it in the photo. I am also there but People have poured so much colour on each other

that I am unable to recognize where I am. If you guys know, let me know hai. (ahem!!)

These are some of the Nepalese Job holders, jobless, Scholarship holders, self-finanncing students from Nepal gathered in a Flat. WE played in such a wild way that may be that flat has still smell of rotten eggs :) and we throughly understood the plight of the house owner and anger after the Holi was over. :)

Now, since the security matter has pertinent bearing on the further updates of this blog, we are moving back to our Old page in WordPress. ( http://www.talkingforum.wordpress.com) This blog will not be updated since today and we request all of you to navigate from here to our old page for many more updates. When we moved from wordpress to blogspot, our feet were in air with lots of expectation and enthusiasm; J today we are going back by keeping our controlled foot on ground and with some heavy hearts. :P But, blogging will be a continuous effort irrespective of how many obstacles we may face on the way.

Ok, Dear friends and folks, Good Bye for today. I will be updating my blog regularly here in wordpress.com. I will be back with some photos of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India in my next blog in http://www.talkingforum.wordpress.com/

Barking King!!!!!!

UPDATED: People are against the king's statement and are on the streets. Well Done Guys!!! See some Photos

So, King Gyanendra barked again if we have to Believe United We Blog AND yes he did. Why?

Because leaders gave him ILLEGAL space. ILLEGAL because if we had followed the principles of criminal laws, he would have been behind the bar and not in the Royal Palace guarded by some thousands of Armies. If the current government had shown that courage, he would have been travelling by Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Blue Van and not by Mercedes Benz. Not only the space he got but the leaders gave him especial space to bark. Because leaders of SPAM are not committed to fulfill the peoples' aspiration that they showed in April Uprising.

King himself is telling that he is going to take moral responsibility of the actions he did.

Good, Well Done Maharaja!!!

Now, it is time to fasten him legal responsibility, which is to punish him according to the procedure established by law.

Another Photo:

It is nothing but the king's ploy to regain little confidence among the people who have totally discarded him. It is his trick and if we allow him for a long time to be there, he knows how to play it.

What K.P. Oli is doing? Just studying the Report submitted by Rayamajhi? How many more days we have to wait to implement the report?

When Rayamajhi Commission has already shown king Guilty, King should take more moral responsibility and if he has that courage, he must request the current Cabinet to imprison him for all the atrocities committed by him from the time of Royal Massacre.

But, king never gonna tell such things and neither we can expect him to tell such things because in the history of hitherto struggle, no oppressor and dictator has said this. No oppressor has really submitted before the peoples’ will and history is a true testimony from the time of French and English Revolution.

So, what is the option?

Current cabinet must implement the Report submitted by Ramayajhi commission. Nepalese people are no more ready to shoulder the burden of Tyapee (distorted form of Tyabe which means who takes psychotropic Drug Tablets) and dopist Monarchy who are busy in transacting "नाम नखुलेको कालो पदार्थ , Nam Nakhuleko Kalo Padartha”( Some black substances, that is unknown to us).

Before the Election of Constituent Assembly, all the criminals should be put behind the bar otherwise, they start manipulating the results in the semi-consciousness created by heavy fagging.

Current Cabinet is busy to play the “game of hide and seek” with criminals Like Kamal Thapa, Tanka Dhakal, and Badri Mandal. If this continues, then, King Gyanendra not only barks but starts biting.

Maharaj, what Moral Responsibility are you talking? If you have little consciousness of Morality, You must abdicate the thrown and should declare the end of Monarchy. If not, that day is coming soon, when my nephew will not be ready to study in the same school where your grand son will study, if I got little means to afford.

And that will be solely because of you.....That day, you king Gyanendra will spit on your face. The Day is coming soon.
I do not know how many Bloggers are royalists but the bloggers committed to Democracy/Republicanism need to discuss how we can help in the true Cause of Democracy and can help to set up the Republic Nepal.

Something like BLOGAN (Republic)

Energy Sector: Nepal India Co-operation

I have presented two news here. Both I have copied from a Indian Business News Paper THE BUSINESS LINE. One was published today and one seems to be bit old but very much related to the one which was published today. Let's see how far they can work together. From the interests of both countries, I see these projects as a path breaking events and if we can tap the India's economic boom by tieing friendly relations, then, I do not see why Nepal can not gain within short time. Hope that political rivalry and inconfidence does not hinder the economic ties.

Indian cos keen to tap Nepal's hydel potential'

Rahul Wadke

Nepal seeks a revival for the sector

Mumbai Feb. 18 Nepal has an estimated hydropower potential of 1,00,000 MW but practically nothing is harnessed. The sector remains untapped, as the Nepalese Government has limited resources. Recently, the sector was opened to private participation and a number of Indian companies have also shown keen interest in developing the hydropower sector, said Dr Ram Sharan Mahat, the Finance Minister of Nepal.

Dr Mahat was talking to Business Line on the sidelines of the Second SAARC Business Leaders Conclave. He said that the bids for Upper Karnali, Arun-III and Budhi Gandaki projects have already been called.

The bids would be opened in a few weeks. Companies like Reliance, GMR Group, Tata, L&T and the J P Group have shown interest in developing these projects, which have the capacity to generate 300 to 600 MW, he said.

India, Nepal to co-operate in hydropower sector

New Delhi, Nov. 8

India and Nepal have expressed their eagerness to cooperate in the development of Nepal's hydroelectric potential.

At a luncheon meeting in honour of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, Mr K.P. Sharma Oli, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), it emerged that several Indian companies are keen to invest in the development of Nepal's hydroelectric sector.

"Nepal hopes to forge synergistic partnerships with Indian companies, especially in developing its water resources, infrastructure, roads, and power and agri-business sectors. Hydro-power is of special interest to India to assist in its own development," said Mr Oli.

Peace is a prerequisite for attracting investment and Nepal has witnessed a decade-long insurgency, he said. "Now, we expect an end to the armed conflict very shortly. The Maoists are expected to surrender their arms. We expect this to improve the investment climate in Nepal even further," he said.

Underlining the importance of hydro-power development, the Ambassador of India to Nepal, Mr Shivashankar Mukherjee, said there was great interest by several Indian companies to enter this sector in Nepal at the Bilateral Power Summit held in Kathmandu in September. The two countries will shortly set up cross-border transmission highways that will spur a new trade in power.

"The renewal of the Indo-Nepal trade treaty in March 2007 will address non-tariff and para-tariff barriers to imports from Nepal, services, manufacturing, education, health, tourism and IT and ITES," Mr Mukherjee said. Since the agreement was signed in 1996, bilateral trade has grown to $2 billion and 40 per cent of the tourists who visit Nepal by air come from India. There has been a 40 per cent jump in investments from India into Nepal.

World Cup 2007 and thst's CRICKET

About Cricket

Today Morning, I spared around 2 hours to watch Australia v. New Zealand Cricket match and especially to watch how New Zealand thrashes Australia after I knew from http://www.cricinfo.com/ that New Zealand is slowly marching towards victory. I was very happy when the Australia lost the match. Undoubtedly, Australia was the best team and still the best but their unnecessarily aggressive behaviour makes them worse. I remember in recently concluded CB Series, one of the players from New Zealand termed Australia as the bunch of “egomaniacs” and in fact, really they are. The match had started from 3 O’clock in the morning and there were no possibilities/chances to watch the Australian batting as sleeping is more important for me.

The New Zealand had a comfortable victory over Australia by 5 wickets in this Chappell-Hadlee Trophy. There is still a match to go in this series but New Zealand has already won two matches and has sealed the door of victory. The last match can be of little importance to the world except for Australia to salvage the grief of two series losses. That is, the earlier one was the loss with England in CB Series though Australia had comfortably thrashed England in Test Matches by winning the matches by 5-0 white wash after many many (more than 80+) years. I am seeing the flashes of News in T.V that Australia had lost their First Position in ICC Ranking almost after 6 years. For the first time, the ICC Ranking was introduced in 2002, and till today, Australia was comfortably at No.1.

It seems that this last match on Tuesday between New Zealand and Australia will be the last match for any country in limited overs One Day International Match before World Cup kick-starts in West Indies in the month of March.

The ICC Cricket World Cup, generally referred to as the Cricket World Cup, is the premier international championship of men's One-day International (ODI) cricket. The event is organised by the sport's governing body, the International Cricket Council (ICC), with preliminary qualification rounds leading up to a finals tournament which is held every four years. Source: http://cricket-world-cup-2007.cricket.deepthi.com/

It is a tournament held quadrenially between all Test-playing nations (currently 10 nations), plus qualifiers. The WORLD CUP CRICKET, 2007 tournament will be held in the West Indies in 2007 and will consist of 16 teams.
Among the South Asian Countries, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh will be playing in 2007 World Cup Cricket.

The top two teams from each of the four groups will qualify for the second round, the Super Eight Series.

Match schedule for the 2007 Cricket World Cup (ICC CWC 2007) can be seen either from http://cricket-world-cup-2007.cricket.deepthi.com/ and http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/4699023.stm and http://www.icc-cricket.com/icc/events/worldcup/schedule.html. The last being the most authentic as this is the Web site of International Cricket Council, the prime governing body of Cricket all over the world.

Wikipedia says this:

“The 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup will be hosted by the West Indies from March 13 to April 28, 2007. There will be a total of fifty one matches played in the 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup, which is three matches less than the 2003 ICC Cricket World Cup, despite the two extra teams taking part. It will be contested by 16 nations divided into 4 groups of 4 teams. The top two teams from each group will then compete in a "Super 8" format, similar to the previous "Super 6" format, from which the semi-finalists will be decided.” Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2007_Cricket_World_Cup
