MRP PASSPORT OF NEPAL - HOW TO MAKE MRP PASSPORT

I have seen many people inquiring about Machine Readable Passport („MRP“) of Nepal. As I made my passport recently in Nepal (From Department of Passport, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kathmandu), I thought to share my experience with you as it may help many people. This will also brings me back to some writing after a long gap.
First of all, you need to understand that if you have hand-written passport issued by Government of Nepal, it will no longer be valid after November 24, 2015 (even if the date of expiry indicated in the passport is beyond this date). That means you have less than a year’s validity of your existing passport. If you are going to apply for any new visa, generally, no country will give you visa unless you have a passport of minimum six month’s validity. Therefore, it is high time that you renew your existing machine non-readable passport to machine readable passport.
This information below is provided based on my experience of making passport from Nepal. If you are approaching to Nepalese Embassies located in different countries, the process and documentation may slightly vary. Here we go to know how to make MRP from Nepal.
STEP 1:
1.    The application forms for MRP should be downloaded from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) website. As you have to submit the computer typed form, fill the details in the form in computer itself. Hand written form will not be accepted by MOFA. You can download the form and instructions regarding how to fill it correctly from the following links:
http://www.dopmofa.gov.np/pdf/form2-4mv2-1.pdf (Main Form - Please print three copies of this form. In one of these three copies, do not forget to print “Recommendation of CDO’s office from where you have made your Citizenship Card” on the back side of the firm.)
http://www.dopmofa.gov.np/pdf/Varification%20letter%20annex.pdf (Recommendation of CDO’s office from where you have made your Citizenship Card – Please understand that you must print this form on the backside of one of the main form)
You should not fill anything on this recommendation page which you have printed on the backside of the main form. This will be filled by CDO’s office when you go to submit the form. They will do so by their handwriting after checking the record.
2.    While taking the print, please be careful about print settings. As per MOFA website, the following has been instructed:
विवरण भरेपछि प्रिन्ट गर्दा ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुरा

o    प्रिन्ट गर्दा paper size A4 हुनुपर्छ
o    page scaling मा "none" option हानेर मात्र प्रिन्ट गर्नुपर्छ
The instructions say that the paper should be A4 on which passport applications are printed and please select “none” option in page scaling of printer setting. Please do as has been instructed. Otherwise, your form will be rejected.
3.    You have to also be careful about photo. The photo should be without spectacles and the forehead should be seen and should not be covered by hair among other technical details. The instructions regarding passport photo can be found here:
You can read more instructions and details from MOFA website, Department of Passport: http://www.dopmofa.gov.np/mrp/
4.    Once the passport application form and photos (they need three copies) are ready, stick the photo on the form. One photo should be pasted with glue on the front page of the form where box for photo has been provided (which clearly says, “Affix the photo with a dab of glue in the box”). Another photo should be pasted on the back side of the form in which you have printed the CDO’s recommendation. There is no specific box in which you need to paste your photo. So, paste it on the right side of the page just above the big box of recommendation. Make sure it will not touch any printed letters.
5.    On the front page, you have to put the thumb impressions of your both hands. Here, you must be extra-cautious. Use only black ink for the thumb impressions and they should not touch any line of the box. So, be careful and make sure your thumb impression does not touch top and bottom lines of the form. Of course, they should not touch left and right side lines of the box.
6.    You have to also put your signature on the forms. It can be signed in any but in one language. Either in Nepali or in English only but with a black ink pen.
If you find hassle in doing above things or if you are not confident of above, take help of passport agents which are located outside every CDO’s office or outside Additional CDO’s office if your area is covered by Additional CDO Office (ILAKA PRASASHAN KARYALAYA). Generally, agents charge Rs. 300-400 along with photos and do a good work.
7.    Once you have above things ready, please go to CDO’s office or Additional CDO’s office if your area is covered by Additional CDO Office (ILAKA PRASASHAN KARYALAYA) in your district from where you have received your Citizenship Card (Nagarikata). You should also attach a photocopy of your Nagarikata and old passport along with the filled form. You must carry your original Citizenship Card (Nagarikata) and original passport (if you have already taken one in the past). If you have lost your passport and making it again, you should go with proper advertisements in newspaper and police report.
Also, you should write an application (can be handwritten or computer print) addressing the CDO’s office or Additional CDO’s office (as the case may be) requesting him to verify the record and issue the recommendation or certify the details printed on back side of the main form.
8.    In CDO’s office or in Additional CDO’s office, they will check the record of your Nagarikata and issue the certification/verification/recommendation. The government employees fill the back side of the main form themselves and the Section Officer (Third Class Gazetted Officer) puts his signature on your photo and on the form and you will be given the copy with the stamping of the seal of the CDO’s office or in Additional CDO’s office.
Once this is done, you can decide whether you want to pay only Rs. 5,000/- and wait for minimum 2 months. If you want to do so, you can submit the stamped form there itself in the same CDO’s office or in Additional CDO’s office.
If you need your passport urgently, you have to go to Department of Passport, (DOP) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Narayanhiti Durbar, Kathmandu. In this case, you have to pay Rs. 10,000/- but will get a passport within a week.
9.    If you go to DOP in Kathmandu, you should carry along with you the form which has been certified by CDO’s office or Additional CDO’s office, one additional form (this one is the most important as it will be scanned by DOP), your original Nagarikata and your original Passport if you have already taken one along with Nepali Rupees Ten Thousand (NR 10,000/-) in Cash.
10.  You are advised to go early in the morning and get in the Queue (Line) so that your turn will come early during the day. As on average 2500 people per day will be applying for MRP and the number is going to increase day by day, going very early will help. You are advised to reach there and be in queue not later than 8 am. I reached there at 8.30am and I could submit my form only at 3.45 pm in the afternoon.
11.  There will be token system to manage the line. Nothing to worry as it is a mechanism to control lines and people. There will be check of photos and forms and if anything is found incorrect and insufficient, you will be asked to bring another form/photo as the case may be. As this screening will be after getting token numbers, in case you are told to change any form or photo, do not panic. Go outside. Take the print of another form or get another photo clicked. There are many agents on Jamal – Kesar Mahal Road and they do a sound job. DO NOT THROW THE OLD FORMS BROUGHT FROM CDO’s OFFICE AS THEY MUST BE SUBMITTED even if they are found faulty. Especially, the recommendation letter (certified/verified letter) must be submitted to DOP even if they are not as per standards.
12.  Thereafter, once your turn comes submit the form and pay the amount in the counter next to form collection counter. You will get a slip from Global IME Bank. This slip is a proof that you have submitted the passport form. You must present this while collecting your passport after a week.
13.  You come back after a week to collect passport and present the slip of Global IME Bank to the passport collection counter. You must bring your Nagarikata and old Passport while coming to collect the MRP. You must be present yourself for collection. The passport office puts a “Cancelled without Prejudice” stamp on your old passport and gives you your MRP. That’s it.

If you think that I missed something or if you want to add anything, please do. You can contact me for any clarifications via twitter @nepalesestories or via comment section of my blog http://nepalesestories.blogspot.com/2014/11/machine-readable-passport-mrp-from.html

How to send money to Nepal from India?

The blog post below was written as a response/comment to this blog:
https://blogs.worldbank.org/peoplemove/india-to-nepal-remittance-service-launched#comment-925

As a comment itself is like a post and I feel is worthy of reading as a post. I have provided some links also in the bottom to know the ways to remit money in Nepal from India.
I have a strong deploring words for services and people of Punjab National Bank (‘PNB’) in India and those – services and people – of Everest Bank Limited (‘EBL’) in Nepal, I will comment about them in some of my posts later in future. For the time being, you may read about how to send money from India to Nepal. Till the time, I posted this blog, the blogger in World Bank has not moderated and published my comment, but I hope that he does approve.

Here it goes about how to send money to Nepal from India:

Since I am a Nepali National and sending money regularly to Nepal from India, I would like to point out some of the issues here. The first is not many bank employees know that they can send money to Nepal. In south India, some of them are completely unaware of anything about Nepal and do not get surprised if they say to do a net banking, which is funny as net banking is allowed only between domestic banks.

Most of the time, they may tell you to get the contact number of their forex/expat or foreign currency remittance department and contact there, and if you contact them, they will flatly answer you that you cannot send money to Nepal. Then, what is the way out?

This time I went to an ICICI Bank Branch in India in Hyderabad. I met Bank Manager who was not at all aware of any money transfer facility to Nepal. He ringed up two three places including his head office in Bombay and received response that they cannot transfer money to Nepal. He answered me a straight no. But, it’s great that at least he tried to find out and did his best as it was a private Bank.

If you are in a same situation before Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) Bank or Nationalized Government Bank, or a bank which says that it is an undertaking of Government of India, it may likely happen that you will be ignored, or just get answer No and no further help barring few exceptions in some bank branch because of some cooperating employees.

Most of the Bank Employees including Bank Branch Head, who is called Manager, will not be aware of anything what the blogger has discussed in his page. It’s because there is not much transactions happening or India is too large to care about Poor Nepalese, or ignorance is just bliss! So that they can take little nap post lunch rather than processing few thousands rupees of poor Nepalese fellow!

Still, if you try there is a way if there is a will. The blog aptly describes the first method on which I will not be dwelling much. Rest of the two methods that I have employed will be discussed below:

1. I am not sure if this process still works or not but I have reason to believe that The State Bank of India (‘SBI’) still has this process in Place. First of all, go to any big branch (only big branch dear!) of SBI in your city like in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh India, you can go to Koti/Abids Branch of SBI. There will be foreign remittance department. Deposit there INR 10,000/- or less amount than that and service fee of 50/INR way back in 2006-07. They will issue a cheque drawn in favour of the recipient’s name and addressed to SBI Bank Nepal Limited (which is a Joint Venture of State Bank of India in Nepal. I forgot the details as I had done this transaction way back in 2006-07 but I believe it was not account payee that means the recipient need not have any account with SBI Bank Nepal Limited. Sender can send that cheque through courier (will be risky if it is not account payee) or through some person, or if you are going to Nepal but do not want to carry cash then, carry with yourself. Present the cheque in any branch of SBI Bank Nepal Limited (this is also little doubtful as I forgot if there was any specific bank branch was written or not) and show your identity proof as a recipient (in case it is not account payee) and collect cash. If the cheque is account payee, deposit in the recipient’s account and withdraw money in Nepal by drawing cheque. The service charge is already paid in India. So, the recipient will get full amount of INR 10,000 which is equivalent to NR 16,000. The exchange rate was fixed before I was born and still is the same. Caveat: I forgot most of the details and exact way but I am sure that you get a general idea from above post. For more contact biggest branch of SBI in your city. Needless to say here that do not go to small branch, they have no damn clue about this, believe me!

2. Second way and which is the best way, and sorry for making you wait about best way but patience pays guys!

In India, there are many PSU and one of them is Punjab National Bank (PNB) which has a joint venture (JV) in Nepal called Everest Bank Limited (EBL). EBL has a current account with PNB New Delhi and the Account Number is 2254002100011923. You can deposit your money in Indian Currency from any PNB Branch in India (Yes, any! small branch, large branch does not matter but it is likely that they may not be aware with this. Just you have to do is to do give enough respect to bank employees, and explain them in polite words, make them aware of this facility) and direct EBL from there itself to credit this amount to your relatives or whoever recipient’s account maintained in EBL Nepal any branch. So, the recipient of money in Nepal should have bank account with EBL in Nepal or you must provide someone’s bank account in EBL in Nepal whom you can trust as money will be first credited to bank account and only then, the recipient will get/withdraw money. PNB itself has customized software that all the details will be entered at the time you deposit money in PNB Branch. So, there is no different direction required from your side to EBL. For example, if you have to send 20000 INR to Nepal, you deposit the amount in Account No. 2254002100011923 and then, say, your dad’s account in Nepal is 01100111100111, New Baneshwor Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal and Account Holder’s Name is Mr. ABC XYZ (Some fictitious account number or may be of someone’s also by coincidence, do not try to remit to this number, you may lose the money), then, instruct from the branch where you deposit amount that the money should be credited to your dad’s account number in Nepal. The Bank employees feed data/instructions and the money should reach there within 4-5 days maximum.

Note of Caution:

1. I have done transactions through PNB and EBL route three times, twice the amount was around 600USD and I could send without any hassle. The money reached the destination within few days. The last time, on my third transaction, since the money was big amount (how big! I will not tell you), it took almost 12 days to reach the amount to Nepal. I was little horrified this time but nevertheless, money reached safely. About service fee, I am not aware as I had instructed the bank to deduct from deposit itself as I did not have any extra amount in my pocket. So, they deducted some fees and remitted the amount to my destination.

2. About the limit, how much you can send, I am not sure/no idea but from my practical experience, I can safely say that USD 10.000 is within the allowed limit.

3. Most Importantly, before you remit amount, consult with the bank in Nepal as well as in India and make sure that you write the bank account numbers correctly in deposit slip and get verified from bank employees that they have correctly filled in their software from where they feed data. In case, you lose your money because of one or multiple reasons, I SHALL bear no responsibility nor I will be there to express my sympathy! Please verify the account details from PNB in Delhi and EBL in Nepal.

Happy Remittance!

Thanking You

Rajib Dahal”

Aayu Drona Sute........to Kaun Jage? Dashain Ko Subhakamana.

"aayu drona sute" is Sanskrit mantra/hymns that our parents chant when they put Tika on our forehead in Dashain. In our childhood, it used to be sometimes fun for us. We used to joke like 'Aayu Drona Sute'..........dashain ka bela sabai jana sute, Chor haru jage.........That means all people like drona and others have slept, and only the thiefs are roaming around in the night...........it was our interpretation to create some humour.

The actual meaning of 'Aayu Drona Sute' means May you have a long life like Son of Drona. The Son of Drona is called Asosthama, which is considered to be one of the Aastha Chiranjivi (Aastha Chiranjivi means those eight people who never die as per Hindu epics). Therefore, when our parents bless us saying 'Aayu Drona Sute', that means let my children have long life like Asosthama.........that means you never die.

"Aayu drona sute" is in sanskrit and it is a long chant and each words used there signify something great thing about various people. It is basically the blessings given by your near and dear ones who are generally aged in your families and respected by all family members.

When I talk about Dashain, the nine days puja/worship to god and the tenth day Vijaya dashami should be fondly rembered. Dashain is a festival having fifteen days totally.

There are Dashain Kabita written by various great poets in Nepal. These Kabita/poems depict the grandeur of Dashain and enlighten more about Dashain.

In terms of food also, Dashain is something different like what did nepali people eat in dashain matters. It is mostly a non-veg festival unless you eat only vegetarian food. Generally, the non-vegetarian foods are eaten from 8th day of Navaratri, which is called MahaAsthami and that is today. People, as per their tradition, cut goat, buffalo, chicken etc. on this occasion.

My dashain wish can not be fulfilled but I am yearning for going home. I wish that all Nepalese Celebtare Dashain in great mood.

By evening, I wish to post a nepali gazal about Dashain. I hope I can write a one to depict the beauty and majesty of this Festival.

Wish you all a Happy Dashain.
N Someone is not well this time. Though she does not know much about Dashain, and does not believe on it, I wish that Maata Durga Bhawani will bless her for her good health and prosperous life.

Once Again, Happy Dashain!

Vijaya Dashami - Dashain - Subhakamana

First of all, I would like to wish a very Happy Vijaya Dashami and Bada Dashain to all my readers who have visited talkingforum.wordpress.com. Dashain is the greatest festival of Nepal and for all Nepalese around the world. This festival is celebrated as a mark of victory of truth over untruthfulness. There are different mythological and religious stories about Dashain and there are different reasons for it for its celebration. Without going in details the reasons behind its celebaration, what can be safely concluded is it is the biggest festival in Nepal and gives the perfect reasons for Nepalese to meet their relatives; to return to country and homes for those who are far from their home.

Last year, I went my home to celebrate Dashain. That was after 5 straight years. But, this year, I again could not go in this Dashain. I may go home only in December this year.

While recalling those good days of Dashain last year and five years before, the blessings given by parents, grand parents with the sanskrit chant of hymns which starts as "aayu drona sute" counts a lot. In Childhood, sometimes, Dashain must have meant money that we used to get from maternal grandparents, but in all essence, the meetings with family members, the blessings by each others and meeting with relatives is just superb that places this festival entirely on a new pedestal.

I wished to write a Dashain Nepali Kabita for this Dashain but because of some other busy schedule, I have not been able to put down anything. Hopefully, Dashain Nepali Kabita, I can write, in some other days within this Dashain.

I am feeling little sad this time not to be in Home. My many friends went home and wished that I could also go. But, the issues of leave. Hope next time, I can fly with them when I go to airport to see off my friend at the airport.

Once again, finally, I wish all of you a happy Vijaya Dashami/Bijaya Dashami and Hope that Durga Maata le Tapai ko Sabai Kalyan Garun. (May 'Durga Bhawani' bless you forever and show you the great path in life)

This is a test Post

I maintain many blogs in the web. I am focusing only in one blog these days. The theme of each blog is different but sometimes, I feel that the same blog post can be posted in different blogs depending on its theme and relevance. This blog post is just a test post. I am trying to post a single entry in my four different blogs at a time. For this, I have taken a help of Scribe fire developed by Firefox Mozilla. Let me see how I can do these postings at a time.

I will be back with my regular posts soon.

Need of Service Tax

Sometime back, in another blog, http://talkingforum.wordpress.com/ , I had advocated about need of service tax in Nepal.

In this blog post, I will be talking about the nature of service tax and in fact, I am writing what exactly service tax is. The explanation of nature of service tax will surely reinforce my belief of need of service tax, I believe.

What is SERVICE TAX?

Service tax is an indirect tax levied on certain services provided by certain categories of person including companies, associations, firms, body of individuals.

Service sector is occupying the centre stage of any country’s economy. It has become an industry by itself. In the contemporary world, development of service sector has become synonymous with the advancement of economy. Economics hold the view that there is no distinction between the consumption of goods and consumption of services as both satisfy the human needs. The Service tax is normally a destination based consumption tax and the principle of consumption of services would determine the liability of Service Tax.

In the present scenario, the government should initiate an exercise to explore alternative revenue sources due to resource constraints. The primary sources of revenue are direct and indirect taxes.

Central Excise duty is a tax on goods produced in one country whereas Customs Duty is tax on imports of goods into that country. But, the central excise and customs duty are in decline due to World Trade Organisation (WTO) commitments and due to rationalization of duties on commodities.

A system of selective approach in the levy of Service tax can be adopted while introducing service tax in its preliminary stages by levying tax upon selective services only. To start with, it should be the approach that no service tax be imposed on any of the environmental services, health and social services, legal services etc.

The service tax that should be imposed now should be on travel and tour services, hotels and restaurants for hospitality like body spa, massage, travel agency services etc.

There should be a clear attempt to tax all services in a uniform manner to avoid controversy and confusion.

Therefore, I feel that there is a great scope to tax services in Nepal under new legal framework if implemented properly by Maoists Governments.

Back again after a long time

I think I will update this blog regularly. I will see you soon after coming back here.

Good Bye Post

Thank You Very Much for visiting us.

Finally Back Again after a long time

This Blog Page will be updated further in this address(http://talkingforum.wordpress.com/) and not in this address (http://www.talkingforum.blogspot.com). I understand the kind of difficulty the readers of this blog face from our migration from one domain to another but I sincerely request you to condone me on this aspect. The safety of the blog and that of its contents are the primary factors, while deciding to go back to my old home, and to know the details read this Post in Details.

After sometime, I found Word press blog inadequate for me because of many reasons. I thought Blogspot will be handier than Word Press. One of the reasons that I moved from my Wordpress to Blogspot was to insert some google adsense in my blog and to make little money, and that was not that bad decision. What is wrong if someone desires to earn little money from blogging. I also thought the same and inserted some google adsense. I could earn little more than 25 USD within a week and that was almost 3-4 USD per day. But, immediately Google Ad sense banned me on the reason that some unnecessary clicks were generated there and again was not wrong reason to ban me. :) After one or two appealing processes, it was clear that I was banned and that too forever. And with that ban, my main reason to decide to move to blogspot was almost shattered.

अब केवल पैसा कै लागि मात्रै ब्लग गर्या पनि होइन यो लाईफ मा/ Google adsense ले ब्यान गरे पनि, I was determined to blog continuously and kept on blogging on any issues that may have pleased to me.

अब म र मेरो ब्लग माथि अर्को बज्रपात आइलाग्यो on Wednesday, February 28, 2007. कसैले मेरो जिमेल ह्याक गर्‍यो र मेरो ब्लग पनि /

Some derogatory and adult contents were posted there which was later removed by the hackers himself. With a lot of efforts, the gmail password and Blog was recovered on Friday, March 2, 2007 from the hackers who mailed me these passwords in my another yahoo mailbox.

After efforts from our side, we found who the hacker is. He told he hacked my gmail and blog to take a personal revenge on me on the issues when we, the hacker and I, had a scuffle on the net which was ended in a event of abusing each other.
There is a saying that you will be a lone runner in the internet even if you win, after a heated arguments. It's better for us not to chat with many people or to get involved in unhealthy, unintellectual, and unnecessary discussions in the internet. And from that day, I have reduced the time of online chatting with people, and definitely not with them, whom I hardly know and have to never deal with.

we resolved the matter amicably and he returned all my passwords.

So, Chamatkaribaba and Team were back again and here we are.

अब के गर्ने, कसैले ब्लग नै ह्य्याक गर्‍यो भनेर ब्लगगिङ नै स्टप गर्ने कुरा पनि भएन । ब्लगिङ् त गर्नै पर्‍यो । And I am in my old blogpage भनेर मैले माथि नै भनि हाले । कुरो कसको ब्लग र कस्को जिमेल कसले हयाक्क गर्यो मात्रै हैन। कुरो Internet Security को हो यहा। कुरो Cyber Crimes को छ यहा/

The hacker when posted some adult contents in my webpage by stealing the passwords, then, it is the case of cyber crimes. It shows how vulnerable our internet system is and it must teach lesson to all of us bloggers regarding the safety of medium what we are using.

Before I would be writing on other issues, I would like to thank Blogger Nepal Diary (http://www.nepaldiary.wordpress.com/) (and some other Bloggers who helped) for extending generous support to recover the hacked blog page and email password in the time of distress.

I am focusing here on bloggers because, we most of the bloggers, are not so tech-savvy. We know very little about Network security and methods that we can employ to protect our pages from hackers. It seems that if knowledge is misutilized, hackers can do anything when they want.

In Nepal, with the evolution of BLOGAN, I could see that some of the activities that they are going to undertake are to teach the naïve Nepalese bloggers about the jargon in blogging world. How to make it? How to post it? How to moderate comments etc. etc. Then, the basic issue of security and how to protect our pages from slipping on the hands of so called hackers, and not only that but general safety measures as well, should be on the agenda of BLOGAN's new initiatives. An ill-intention of the criminals can not be stopped at all but protective measures can be taught and learnt, I guess.

Now, amidst the tension of hacked blog, I was unable to update my blog for so many days. So, I am writing here a long post today covering almost all the measure issues of the period. There was Holi. I could not wish anyone on time but belated happy holi and I hope that everyone enjoyed well and got hit with lola and colours. J

Here, even in foreign land, that is ( परदेशमा पनि) Holi was not less interesting/entertaining than in Nepal. We throughly enjoyed it.

You can see it in the photo. I am also there but People have poured so much colour on each other

that I am unable to recognize where I am. If you guys know, let me know hai. (ahem!!)

These are some of the Nepalese Job holders, jobless, Scholarship holders, self-finanncing students from Nepal gathered in a Flat. WE played in such a wild way that may be that flat has still smell of rotten eggs :) and we throughly understood the plight of the house owner and anger after the Holi was over. :)

Now, since the security matter has pertinent bearing on the further updates of this blog, we are moving back to our Old page in WordPress. ( http://www.talkingforum.wordpress.com) This blog will not be updated since today and we request all of you to navigate from here to our old page for many more updates. When we moved from wordpress to blogspot, our feet were in air with lots of expectation and enthusiasm; J today we are going back by keeping our controlled foot on ground and with some heavy hearts. :P But, blogging will be a continuous effort irrespective of how many obstacles we may face on the way.

Ok, Dear friends and folks, Good Bye for today. I will be updating my blog regularly here in wordpress.com. I will be back with some photos of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India in my next blog in http://www.talkingforum.wordpress.com/

Barking King!!!!!!

UPDATED: People are against the king's statement and are on the streets. Well Done Guys!!! See some Photos

So, King Gyanendra barked again if we have to Believe United We Blog AND yes he did. Why?

Because leaders gave him ILLEGAL space. ILLEGAL because if we had followed the principles of criminal laws, he would have been behind the bar and not in the Royal Palace guarded by some thousands of Armies. If the current government had shown that courage, he would have been travelling by Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Blue Van and not by Mercedes Benz. Not only the space he got but the leaders gave him especial space to bark. Because leaders of SPAM are not committed to fulfill the peoples' aspiration that they showed in April Uprising.

King himself is telling that he is going to take moral responsibility of the actions he did.

Good, Well Done Maharaja!!!

Now, it is time to fasten him legal responsibility, which is to punish him according to the procedure established by law.

Another Photo:

It is nothing but the king's ploy to regain little confidence among the people who have totally discarded him. It is his trick and if we allow him for a long time to be there, he knows how to play it.

What K.P. Oli is doing? Just studying the Report submitted by Rayamajhi? How many more days we have to wait to implement the report?

When Rayamajhi Commission has already shown king Guilty, King should take more moral responsibility and if he has that courage, he must request the current Cabinet to imprison him for all the atrocities committed by him from the time of Royal Massacre.

But, king never gonna tell such things and neither we can expect him to tell such things because in the history of hitherto struggle, no oppressor and dictator has said this. No oppressor has really submitted before the peoples’ will and history is a true testimony from the time of French and English Revolution.

So, what is the option?

Current cabinet must implement the Report submitted by Ramayajhi commission. Nepalese people are no more ready to shoulder the burden of Tyapee (distorted form of Tyabe which means who takes psychotropic Drug Tablets) and dopist Monarchy who are busy in transacting "नाम नखुलेको कालो पदार्थ , Nam Nakhuleko Kalo Padartha”( Some black substances, that is unknown to us).

Before the Election of Constituent Assembly, all the criminals should be put behind the bar otherwise, they start manipulating the results in the semi-consciousness created by heavy fagging.

Current Cabinet is busy to play the “game of hide and seek” with criminals Like Kamal Thapa, Tanka Dhakal, and Badri Mandal. If this continues, then, King Gyanendra not only barks but starts biting.

Maharaj, what Moral Responsibility are you talking? If you have little consciousness of Morality, You must abdicate the thrown and should declare the end of Monarchy. If not, that day is coming soon, when my nephew will not be ready to study in the same school where your grand son will study, if I got little means to afford.

And that will be solely because of you.....That day, you king Gyanendra will spit on your face. The Day is coming soon.
I do not know how many Bloggers are royalists but the bloggers committed to Democracy/Republicanism need to discuss how we can help in the true Cause of Democracy and can help to set up the Republic Nepal.

Something like BLOGAN (Republic)
